Shipping policy

Items on our website are available and ready to ship in 1-5 business days unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders on Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays when the USPS is closed. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Friday) and then shipped.

Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions. 

Items that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated in the item listing and then shipped on the next shipping date.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.
